There actually is a perfect number of eggs - more than a dozen

Believe it or not—there is a theoretical ideal number of eggs to get from a single IVF stim cycle.  I’ll save you the time of reading this article—it’s 15.  More than that, and you might start to have reduced egg quality.  Less than that, and you might not have enough eggs to make it to the end.  (Most people lose a few because they are not mature, a few more that are not fertilized, more that fertilize but do not develop, a few more that are abnormal, etc.)  Here’s the info:
